Saya sakit hati

Mana tak sakit hati, eee. Dah seminggu tak makan nasi. Sama je aku tengok kat cermin tu. Babi. Tapi pipi je takda sangat. Bodoh la. Kaki besar jugak. Peha besar jugak. Spare tayar kelihatan lagi. Perut pun ada lagi. Kenapa? Eee. Dah la makan satu hari sekali.

Sayang, selamat 1 tahun 8 bulan . hehe.

Harini makan semua diskaun. Sekali dengan shisha pon di diskaun kan. Terima Kasih Encik Sulaiman.

Youuuu! Kena exercise lah. makan nasi is for energy. takde kena mengena pun dgn diet. cuma jumlah pengambilan je perlu dikurangkan. bukan tak makan terus.

n makan bfor 5. malam jangan makan.
not to forget EXERCISE. helps alot! seriously.

haha. to me babe, as long as your healthy and happy, is fine by anybody. tapi biaselah kan nafsu diri nak kurus cam i gak. haha. tapi beza nya i malas naku kurus. too much hard work. if you really wanna lose weight, try this:

1. don't skip breakfast. if you mkn brkfast, nnt lunch you tak lapar sgt and you end up makan sikit jekk.

2. makan byk kali tapi in small quantity.

3. Do small workouts if mls nak do heavy exrcises. Dlm magazine byk.

4. Drink LOTS & LOTS & LOTS of water. It helps keep you full.

5. Discipline tu penting! If buat bnd ni sekerat jalan, mmg tak jadi arh.

Basically you'll lose wight in a long time run. Jgn expect nak lose weight in a week jek! Hahahaha. mmg tak arh kann. Most important thing if you just take care of yourself, you'll be happy. Tu paling penting.

p.s: i ni cakap je org. dah mcm kaunselor. bahaha. funnyyyy.;)

roo- boleh la uuuu. adoiyai. smua org nasihat i jgn mkn nasi, org2 yg kuruskan bdn diorg dgn cpt mcm tu la. tak mkn nasi. haa. mcm mane plak tu? no time tu exercise. ada kot, sket2. itupon sbb skrg waitress :D hahaha
